At Scratch Bakery Cafe, we are passionate about making what comes out of the kitchen as close to homemade as possible. We are a true, made-from-scratch kitchen—no gimmicks, no shortcuts, no-nonsense. As a “scratch kitchen,” we are committed to preparing food from only real, premium ingredients. From our artisan bread, delicious bowls and salads, and traditional sandwiches to our baked desserts, we strive for home-cooked food within a welcoming home environment.

Making Moms Proud

Our classically trained chefs develop unforgettable, mom-inspired recipes. We buy organic, locally sourced ingredients from small producers whenever possible. For instance, we bake handmade breads fresh every day, using only the finest ingredients and natural starters—the way bread has been made for centuries in Europe. The bread is scored by hand and baked in our specialty ovens to create its beautiful caramel-colored, crunchy crust. We think moms everywhere will appreciate the effort and care that goes into each item we make.

MORE THAN A BAKERY, OR EVEN A CAFE

At Scratch, there’s more to the name. We not only serve delicious, healthy, and affordable foods, but we apply the same ‘made-from-scratch’ approach to all our sandwiches, salads, bowls, and entrees — right down to our grab’n’gos.

In fact, we also have a little fun on the traditional. From our English Muffins made pillowy soft to our take on an iconic treat that we call the Knock-Knocks, which is a must-try indulgence! We also have a creative Scratch spin on salsas, French Toast, soups, and croissants that have become Scratch icons and are culinary masterpieces.
