OKAY, WE MIGHT BE A LITTLE OBSESSED.

Our skilled artisan bakers handmake our breads fresh every day — the way they have been made in Europe for centuries. We use the finest all-natural ingredients and leaven our doughs with natural starters. Each loaf is shaped by hand to preserve its open, airy structure. The loaves are then allowed to rise slowly to enhance the complex flavors of the wheat. Finally, the bread is scored by hand and baked in our specialty ovens to create its beautiful caramel-colored, crunchy crust.

Notice Regarding Our Gluten Free Products

Please be aware that we take every reasonable precaution in the preparation of our Gluten Free items.  However, we cannot guarantee absolute prevention of any cross-contamination.  While we use non gluten ingredients, it is important to understand that as a bakery which makes regular breads and other baked goods, small amounts of gluten-based items remain in the air, including the ovens.  If you have zero tolerance for gluten, we recommend you do not consume our “gluten free” items.  They should be considered “Gluten Friendly.”
